Job summary

MAI Animal Health-Genesis is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Wisconsin to promptly resolve customer questions and issues with a positive, professional approach.

Responsibilities include processing orders, assisting sales staff, and collaborating with other departments to resolve concerns. Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office is expected; prior veterinary exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in the veterinary field preferred.
• Two years' experience in a Customer Service role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Enter sales orders acquired through customer interactions.
• Address and respond to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, product functions, and troubleshooting.
• Provide customers with preventive maintenance and configuration recommendations to improve product usability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop a working knowledge of our products and their use to assist customers identifying appropriate products based on their needs.
