Job summary

MAI Animal Health-Genesis is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Elmwood, WI to perform shipping, receiving, and packaging tasks. You will handle order preparation, inventory checks, and coordination with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include labeling, packing, and loading shipments, maintaining accurate inbound/outbound paperwork, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks as needed. High school diploma and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Experience using an ERP system to manage business processes.
• Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with hand tools and material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment and verify customer requirements.
• Check inventory and notify shortages to prevent delays.
• Package and ship shipments according to guidelines.
• Unload, stock, and complete inbound receiving paperwork.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack as required.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
