The College of Veterinary Medicine seeks applications for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative. The representative will help organize the daily workflow of the specialty service and will serve as the point person for cases seen. The successful candidate will closely interact with clients and referring veterinarians, and provide support to the clinicians, staff members, and professional students. The duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Scheduled hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday and may require intermittent overtime; position is subject to completing a background check.
Hiring Range: $18.37 - $23.99
1 years of relevant medical/veterinary office experience with strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with electronic health records. High school graduate or equivalent per CCS guidelines.
2-4 years of relevant medical/veterinary office experience with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with electronic health records. Bachelor’s degree.
Exposure to animal dander and/or zoonotic diseases. Sitting for extended periods of time.
