Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a clinical veterinary technician.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be enrolled in a Credentialing Support Program (CSP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the hospital's support staff across shifts.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new staff among technicians and assistants.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, and leave programs.
