Job summary

VEG is seeking a Clinical Staff Manager (CSM) to lead the hospital's support staff and ensure outstanding emergency care for patients and clients. You will collaborate with leadership to foster growth, inclusivity, and high standards across shifts.

Your role focuses on people development, recruitment, onboarding, and process improvements, empowering VEGgies to deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a clinical veterinary technician (VT) or similar role.
• 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams.
• Enrollment in a Credentialing Support Program (CSP) and ability to become credentialed within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital's support staff across all shifts and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for technicians and assistants.
• Drive recruitment, performance management, and staff development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and regional leadership on VEG-wide initiatives.
