The University of Florida Small Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative I/II (CARE) to support our specialty services and pharmacy. You will serve as the first contact for clients and referring veterinarians, coordinating visits and communications to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year relevant experience.
• For II: 3 years relevant experience; college coursework may substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client visits and direct communications during visits.
• Act as liaison between client and staff to ensure smooth visits.
• Support daily efficiency and problem solving in a busy hospital environment.
