Job summary

Imperial Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist to assist clients with pet care and build relationships with clients and patients. You will be the first contact, handling phone work, scheduling, greetings, and checkout tasks, while maintaining professional communication and empathy with clients.

Responsibilities include using Cornerstone software, educating clients on vaccines, and handling payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service background.
• Typing skills are required.
• Some computer knowledge; comfortable with Word, keyboarding, and email communications.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones.
• Maintain an effective veterinarian appointment schedule; screen emergencies and prioritize cases.
• Greet clients, obtain patient weights and medical histories.
• Process payments including cash, credit cards, and Care Credit.
• Educate clients on vaccines and annual testing; discuss over-the-counter products.
