Job summary

The Animal Hospital of University Drive is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience and support clinic operations in Broward County. You will manage reception, records, scheduling, and payments while upholding clinic policies and compassionate care for pets and their owners.

This role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and prior veterinary experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion and professionalism in all client and patient interactions.
• Strong teamwork with doctors and support staff.
• Clear verbal and written communication with clients and team members.
• Active listening to clients and doctors to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/closing procedures per manager and policy.
• Maintain front desk, waiting areas and exam rooms in a clean, presentable state.
• Process cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedule appointments per doctor preferences and workflow.
• Update client/patient records and send client correspondence.
