Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments including reminders and follow-ups.
• Greet clients and ensure a positive visit experience.
• Gather medical information and triage inquiries for the medical team.
• Update client and patient records in the practice management system.
• Process billing transactions and accept digital payments and insurance claims.
• Provide post-visit instructions and follow-up care guidance.
• Inform clients about services, promotions, and the online store.
