This role offers both full-time and part-time options with rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to cover busy periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service or receptionist experience required.
• Veterinary or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions.
• Schedule appointments and update client and patient information.
• Welcome clients and complete check-in and check-out procedures.

• Respond to email inquiries and perform general administrative duties.
• Assist with retail purchases and hospital products.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Provide courteous, compassionate service to clients during routine and emergency visits.
