Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets, ensuring comfort in the hospital
• Document and enter pet history, requested services, and other details
• Direct flow of clients to maximize productivity for the medical team
• Answer basic client questions in person or by phone
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with veterinarians
• Provide instructions and invoices to outgoing clients
• Assist with dispensing prescription items and retail products
• Handle cash and daily reconciliation of the cash drawer
• Respond professionally to complaints and resolve issues
• Support teamwork to deliver high-quality care to pets
