Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a veterinary facility desired.
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and enter the pet’s history, requested services, and other pertinent information in the practice management software

• Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
• Respond to customer complaints professionally and resolve issues
