Southern Colorado Veterinary Internal Medicine and Oncology (SCVIM) is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Colorado Springs team. This role involves front-desk client care, processing invoices, and coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• : High school diploma or equivalent required.
• : Experience in customer service.
• : At least one year of recent experience in veterinary practice, with increasing responsibilities.
• : Familiarity with veterinary terminology and basic clinical procedures.
• : Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced specialty hospital environment.
• : Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and messaging programs.
• : Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• : Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed.
• : Demonstrated compassion for patients and strong client service mindset.
• : Fluent English speaking and reading required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets by name.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally using a multi-line phone system.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Direct incoming phone calls and provide miscellaneous support to the veterinary team.
• Explain invoices to show value for the care provided, and state services before total.
• Collect payments and manage end-of-day financial balances.
