• Patient Admittance: Gathers client and patient information, notes referral sources.
• Patient Discharge: Enters charges, confirms totals, and provides discharge instructions.
• Cash Handling: Processes cash, checks, card payments, and credit accounts.
• Personal Conduct: Represents the hospital with courtesy and professionalism.
