You will manage appointments, coordinate patient flow, answer multi-line phones, greet clients, process transactions, and provide essential information about services in a compassionate, organized manner.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods.
