MedVet is seeking a Collaborative and driven Client Service Representative to join our emergency and specialty team in Ohio. You’ll be the first contact for clients, guiding them through check-in, payments, and rooming pets with care and professionalism.

Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent communication, strong client service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a compassionate demeanor.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication; stay composed in stressful situations.
• Strong client service and phone etiquette; ability to multi-task and enter data accurately.
• Practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, and medical records policies.

Responsibilities

We are looking for: Client Service Representative (CSR)

Our Client Service Representatives have the first interaction with our clients providing superior service to ensure client interactions are facilitated smoothly, compassionately and effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must always maintain a compassionate yet professional composure.

• Previous experience in veterinary setting (preferred)
