Saint Francis Pet Care Center in Tarpon Springs is seeking a compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. You will be the heart of the hospital, greeting clients and pets, scheduling and managing a multi-line phone system, and supporting the veterinary team with patient care and recordkeeping.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a genuine love for people and animals.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and manage a multi-line phone system.
• Check patients in and out; maintain accurate medical records.
• Explain services, wellness plans, and payment options.
• Process invoices and payments accurately.
• Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and the medical team.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including email, reminders, and record management.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide exceptional client service.
