Animal Doctors of South Tampa is a busy walk-in veterinary hospital seeking a friendly, organized Client Service Representative to join our team in the Tampa Bay area.

As a CSR, you will greet clients and their pets, answer phones, gather patient history, schedule appointments, and process payments while supporting the medical team in a fast-paced environment.

We value compassionate, patient, and capable individuals who can multitask and maintain accurate records in our practice management system.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary reception or healthcare front-desk experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems and veterinary software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer phones and respond to client questions and requests.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and follow-up care.
• Process payments, financing, and other transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information in our practice management system.
• Support the veterinary team and assist with reception duties as needed.
