Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and completing the check-in and check-out process.
• Scheduling clients for prompt treatment of ill and injured patients.
• Assisting with reminders for health assessments and vaccinations.
• Pulling patient charts for daily appointments and updates.
• Assisting technicians in filling prescriptions and providing instructions.
• Performing sales of merchandise such as food and medications.
• Invoicing clients and collecting fees following credit policies.
• Demonstrating emergency procedures and providing transport info.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the waiting room and reception area.
• Preparing and sending correspondence for clients and doctors.
