NVA General Practice in Dennis Township, NJ is seeking a Client Services Representative to support the hospital team, greet clients, manage check-in/out, and maintain a professional, courteous atmosphere for staff and clients.

You will schedule appointments, assist with product sales, invoices, and basic emergency information, while helping prepare letters and patient charts. Strong communication, basic veterinary knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in a busy clinic are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior client service experience in a related area preferred but not required.
• Strong phone etiquette and client service excellence.
• Basic veterinary knowledge, including products and services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and practice management software).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and attend to details.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, determine needs, and complete check-in/check-out.
• Schedule clients for treatments, vaccinations, and procedures.
• Assist with client reminders for annual health checks and services.
• Pull patient charts and update information as needed.
• Assist with filling prescriptions and client instructions.
• Perform over-the-counter sales and advise on products.
• Invoice clients and process payments per hospital policies.
• Provide information on emergencies and transport to hospital.
• Maintain waiting area and prepare welcome/new client packets.
• Demonstrate knowledge of PIMS procedures.
