AmeriVet is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the first and last contact for clients. You will manage appointments, answer calls, process patient information, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our medical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and a compassionate, client-focused service mindset.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings.
• Basic proficiency with scheduling software and online communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and scheduling, answer calls and emails with professional service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability, including forward booking.
• Use technology to send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups to keep clients informed.
• Greet clients and ensure a positive experience throughout visits.
• Gather medical information with active listening and triage more complex questions to medical team.
• Promote services and campaigns, and explain online booking and store options.
• Update client and patient records accurately in practice management system.
• Process billing transactions, including payments and insurance claims.
• Support medical team and daily operations, including post-visit instructions.
