Job summary

Ocotillo Animal Clinic and Pet Resort in Chandler, AZ is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our fast-paced team. You will check in/out clients, schedule appointments, dispense medications per Vet instructions, and maintain accurate records using Avimark.

We value excellent customer service, empathy for clients and pets, and the ability to multitask calmly. Prior Avimark experience is preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage stressful situations with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Check In and Check out Clients.
• Dispense prescribed items per Vet instructions.
• Schedule appointments.
• Phone skills to assist with scheduling.
• Use Avimark to update client records.
