All About Animals Pet Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Client Services Representative to greet clients and pets warmly, guiding them from initial contact to checkout. You will schedule appointments, coordinate patient care, and support the clinical team with professional, empathetic communication.

Veterinary Client Services Representative — Full-time

All About Animals Pet Clinic

PAY

Starting at $17/hour, with higher compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

SCHEDULE

Four weekday shifts, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, plus a rotating Saturday shift, 8:00 AM–10:00 AM.

As a Client Services Representative, you help families navigate everything from a new puppy’s first visit to difficult decisions about a beloved companion. Your ability to listen, solve problems, and create calm makes a difference long before a pet enters the exam room.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience

Helpful, but not required:

• Veterinary, medical, dental, or other healthcare experience
• Reception or hospitality experience
• Familiarity with ezyVet or other veterinary software and veterinary terminology
