Job summary

Animal Care Roy, part of Vetcor, is hiring a Client Care Representative and Veterinary Assistant in Roy, Utah. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week with no weekends and a negotiable salary based on experience.

You will greet clients, help with scheduling and payments, assist veterinarians, and maintain records. A caring, team-focused attitude and veterinary experience are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, answer phones, and schedule appointments
• Check clients in and out and process payments
• Listen as clients explain why their dog, cat, bird, or rat is the best one that has ever lived
• Assist veterinarians with patient care, exams, and treatments
• Restrain patients safely, including the occasional cat rodeo
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Grow as a professional and encourage the growth of your teammates

Responsibilities may vary based on hospital needs as well as your experience, training, certifications, credentials, and assigned responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring
