Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets on arrival.
• Answer calls, messages, emails, and online requests.
• Check clients in/out for appointments.
• Maintain client files and practice software entries.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty clinics if needed.
• Support front desk with supplies and cleaning tasks.
