The CSC will coordinate care, educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, assist with documentation, dispense prescriptions, schedule appointments, and handle front-desk duties in a busy hospital.”

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking, writing and reading.
• Experience in client service in a medical/veterinary setting.
• Ability to multi-task and manage flow of clients and pets.
• Excellent communication with associates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars within self and team.
• Route the flow of clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients by completing documentation and entering pet information.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions and scheduling.
• Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and following opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
