Job summary

Redstone Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to support six veterinarians at our Colorado facility. You will schedule appointments, check patients in and out, and manage owner records while maintaining a calm, friendly front desk presence.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and comfort handling medical records in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent telephone and in-person customer service skills.
• Comfortable working around animals and managing busy front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer six-line phone system and route inquiries appropriately.
• Check patients in/out and record weights when applicable.
• Complete follow up tasks and confirm next day appointments.
• Process payments and assist in drive-thru pharmacy as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update owner information.
• Coordinate with DVMs for charting and lab results.
