Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health's Animal Urgent Care Northeast in the Brighton/Commerce City area seeks a friendly Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients checking in and at discharge. This full-time role in our emergency hospital provides a supportive environment with a focus on compassionate service.

You will handle admissions, manage multi-line phone systems, collect payments, and coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 year of customer service experience in the veterinary field.
• Familiarity with payment collection processes.
• Experience managing multi-line phone systems.
• Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients.
• Facilitate admission of patients.
• Support the doctors and support staff as needed.
• Assist with euthanasia paperwork and provide compassionate service to owners suffering from loss and grief.
• Collect deposits for appointments and procedures.
• Communicate patient progress/owner updates to clients in the lobby.
• Answer questions clients may have while in the lobby.
• Schedule future appointments/follow up as needed.
• Sign in visitors and vendors.
• Look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion.
• Daily cleaning of front desk/lobby area – wipe down surfaces, sweep lobby, etc.
