Job summary

MedVet is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to deliver compassionate, efficient service as the first point of contact in our emergency and specialty clinics. You will greet and check-in clients, answer calls, escort pets to exam rooms, manage records, discuss payments, and maintain a clean lobby.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette.
• Attention to detail, self-motivated and the ability to work successfully as part of a team and autonomously.
• General computer competency including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in veterinary setting (preferred).

Responsibilities
