Ethos Veterinary Health’s Animal Urgent Care in Arvada, CO is seeking a Client Service Representative to greet clients, coordinate admissions, and support the hospital team in a fast-paced ER setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of veterinary client service experience, strong data entry and multitask abilities, and fluent English. The role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in the veterinary field.
• Familiarity with payment collection processes.
• Experience managing multi-line phone systems.
• Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) required; multilingual and language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients.
• Facilitate admission of patients.
• Support the doctors and support staff as needed.
• Assist with euthanasia paperwork and provide compassionate service to owners grieving.
• Collect deposits for appointments and procedures.
• Communicate patient progress/owner updates to clients in the lobby.
• Answer questions clients may have while in the lobby.
• Schedule future appointments and follow up as needed.
• Sign in visitors and vendors.
• Look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients with respect and compassion.
• Daily cleaning of front desk/lobby area – wipe down surfaces, sweep lobby, etc.
