Heartland Animal Hospital - Faribault is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide an exceptional experience to clients and manage front desk operations. You will handle appointment scheduling, patient records, payments, and communications, supporting doctors and staff while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role requires weekend availability and a commitment to OSHA safety practices; previous veterinary reception experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Follows OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per manager instructions.
• Maintains clean and presentable front desk and reception areas.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments per doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files as needed.
• Prepares and sends client correspondence and reminders.
• Backs up the computer system regularly as directed.
• Greet clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Answers incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Supports in patient care coordination and seamless visits.
