Foothills Animal Clinic in El Paso is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience and handle front desk duties, appointment tracking, and medical record maintenance. You will manage reception, process payments, update client and patient files, and support the veterinary team while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Weekend work required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Follows OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures per manager and clinic procedures.
• Keep public areas clean and presentable, including front desk and waiting areas.
• Process cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedule clinic appointments per Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Update client/patient files as needed.
• Prepare and send client correspondence.
• Send reminder notices and timely recalls to clients.
• Back up the computer system as directed.
• Post daily business activities under supervision.
• Welcome clients/patients and provide a warm experience.
• Answer incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Present medications, instructions, kits and take-home items.
• Handle emergencies with care per clinic policies.
• Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
