Job summary

Foothills Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to provide an exceptional client experience through receptionist duties and practice administration.

The role supports patient care by maintaining records, processing payments, and coordinating appointments while upholding clinic policies and standards. The schedule is Tue-Fri 7:45 am–5:30 pm with rotating Saturdays, offering opportunities for weekend shifts and growth within the hospital.

Qualifications

• 2+ years veterinary CSR experience
• Experience with Ezyvet software
• Client satisfaction references preferred
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions and procedures.
• Maintains clean and presentable public areas: front desk, reception, waiting area, office, and exam rooms.
• Processes cash, checks, charge card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules clinic appointments adhering to Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and prepares client correspondence as needed.
• Sends reminder notices to clients and conducts timely recalls from a call-back list.
• Backs up the computer system as directed and posts daily business.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor to ensure a great visit.
• Answers incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette.
• Presents medications, instructions, kits, and take-home items to clients.
• Handles emergencies with care and in line with clinic policies.
• Addresses client concerns calmly to ensure satisfaction.
