Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service/ reception role is required.
• Veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients; strong communication and calendar management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and serve as the welcoming face of the hospital.
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow; coordinate calendars.
• Answer multi-line phones and assist clients in person.
