If you’re warm, dependable, organized, and the kind of person who notices the little things and genuinely loves helping people and pets, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our client experience, helping pet parents feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their pet’s care.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels
  • Scheduling appointments, managing client information, and processing payments accurately
  • Listening to questions and concerns and helping find thoughtful solutions
  • Communicating and collaborating with our medical and support teams
  • Staying organized and detail-oriented in a busy environment
  • Following through on commitments and looking for ways to improve the client experience
Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are an excellent communicator and listener
  • Stay calm, kind, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting your teammates
  • Take ownership and follow through
  • Are comfortable learning new technology and processes
  • Have customer service, hospitality, veterinary, medical, or other client-facing experience
  • Genuinely care about animals and understand how important they are to their families

Veterinary experience is a plus, but we value attitude, character, and a commitment to excellent service just as highly.

We’re better as one. We collaborate, support one another, and hold each other accountable.

We lead with compassion. We’re warm, welcoming, and empathetic. We put pets and their parents first.

We care about results. We pursue excellence, solve problems, and continually look for ways to do better.

We do the right thing. We act with honesty, transparency, integrity, and pride in the care we provide.

  • 4-day workweek
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, and a matched 401(k)
