Estrella Veterinary Hospital in Capistrano Beach, CA, is seeking a Full Time Client Service Representative to join our team. This fast-paced role rewards strong organization and superb customer service.

We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, processing payments, maintaining digital patient files, and ensuring a welcoming lobby.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in customer service.
• Experience in veterinary environment preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with MS Office and practice management software preferred.
• Ability to multitask with high call volumes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, informative customer service in person and over the phone.
• Triage patient needs to appropriate staff.
• Answer multi-line phone system, schedule and confirm appointments.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding needs.
• Client check-in and out; process payments.
• Conduct cash control and balance at end of day.
• Create and maintain digital patient files.
• Keep the lobby clean and inviting.
• Open and close hospital per shift.
• Assist with other tasks as the team requires.

Estrella Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Full Time Client Service Representative to join our amazing team! In the world of veterinary medicine, the position of Client Service Representative is exciting, fast paced, and rewarding. We are looking for full time team members available to work 4-10 hour shifts per week, including Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, informative customer service in person and over the phone

Specific Skills Required:

• Veterinary industry experience preferred but not required


• Minimum of two years of work experience in customer service


• Proficient with MS Office software; familiarity with veterinary practice management software preferred


• Ability to multi-task while managing high call volumes


• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)


• Strong attention to detail


• Process end-of-day cash calculation


• Comfortable around all companion animals

Compensation:

$18-$21/ hr depending on skillset and experience.
