Pet Specialists of Austin - Customer Service Representative

Pet Specialists of Austin is seeking dependable, positive, and self-motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team. If you possess these qualities, this could be the perfect job for you.

Starting pay: $16/hour

Schedule

The position requires daytime hours from 7am to 4pm.

Job Duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service, attentive to client and pet needs
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments and procedures proactively, set reminders, manage patient and client flow, check patients in/out, and handle basic client complaints
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the medical team
  • Accurately use computer systems to enter and update client and patient information and maintain medical records
  • Process client payments and invoices, follow up on additional or missing payments
  • Keep the lobby, waiting area, and workspace clean and organized
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed
