We are hiring for 6 Customer Service Representative II roles, responsible for handling employer inquiries related to UI and Tax programs. Positions are based in Austin or other specified centers. Applicants must be Texas residents or willing to relocate and should not require visa sponsorship.
Ideal candidates are Texas residents with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Experience in call centers or government services, computer proficiency, and bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are preferred.
Work hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime and travel.
