Job summary

VCA Valley Animal Hospital & Emergency Center is seeking an experienced Client Service Supervisor to lead our front office and client service team. You will coach, train and mentor staff, manage daily operations, resolve client concerns, and ensure smooth communication between departments while upholding our high standards of veterinary care and customer service.

The role requires adaptability to days, overnights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on efficient patient flow and first‑class

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience in veterinary field preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front office client service areas.
• Direct on-the-job training to develop employee skill sets and set performance standards.
• Assist Hospital Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Resolve informal client complaints and report to hospital manager.
• Ensure efficient front office operations and enforce policies/procedures.
• Coordinate communication between front office and other departments.
