Job summary

VCA Plymouth Animal Hospital in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to lead the front desk, coach staff, and ensure exceptional client service across the hospital. You will coordinate with leadership to uphold service standards and support a Fear Free patient experience.

The role includes staff training, performance management, reporting, and working with the Hospital Manager to maintain smooth daily operations and high-quality customer care.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• 2 years of experience in the veterinary field preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of client service and communication center operations.
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client service areas of the front office and internal relations.
• Direct on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring of staff.
• Assist Hospital Manager with daily operations.
• Resolve informal client complaints and report issues to management.
• Ensure efficient front office operations and enforce policies/procedures.
