Casco Bay Veterinary Hospital in Portland, ME is seeking a compassionate Client Service Representative to join Rarebreed Veterinary Partners. You will greet clients, manage patient files, assist with inquiries, and process payments in a stress-free clinic environment.

• Answer telephone calls quickly and professionally using a multi-line system.
• Greet clients warmly and prepare patient files.
• Receive and relay client correspondence; update financial records.
• Answer inquiries on basic animal care and routine procedures.
• Educate clients on flea and tick prevention products.
• Admit patients and record medical entries accurately.
• Prepare client invoices and process payments.
• Handle messages via telephone, fax, and email promptly.

What You’ll Do

• Answerstelephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly mannerusing a multi-line system
• Warmly greets clients
• Preparespatient files
• Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records
• Answers client’s inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures
• Educates clients on over-the-counter products such as flea and tick preventions
• Admits patients and handles medical records entries accurately
• Prepares client invoices for services performed
• Handles payment transactions
• Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly
