Back Cove Animal Hospital in Portland, ME is seeking an experienced veterinary client care specialist to join our 5-doctor veterinary hospital. We are a compassionate and progressive team in a modern facility near the Back Cove Trail, designed for the well-being of employees, clients, and patients.

You will provide exceptional client experiences, greet clients and their pets, manage calls, emails, appointments, and payments, and help keep reception clean and organized.

• Flexible schedule; able to work 1-2 Saturdays per month

The Back Cove Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary client care specialist to join our 5-doctor veterinary hospital in Portland. We are a paper-less practice equipped with digital radiology (including a designated dental suite), ultrasound and full in-house laboratory. Our Veterinary Client Care Specialist Responsibilities Include

• Providing an exceptional client experience

Applicants must have a positive attitude, excellent communication and multi-tasking skills and computer proficiency. The ideal candidate has at least 2-years of experience working in a veterinary hospital. Applicants should expect a flexible schedule and be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
