Job summary

Osceola Veterinary Clinic, part of Heartland Veterinary Partners, seeks a Client Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will manage reception, scheduling, records, and basic practice administration while collaborating with Doctors and the team.

Weekends may be required; a high school diploma is expected and prior veterinary or customer service experience is preferred. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior veterinary experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is valued.
• OSHA safety techniques including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures.
• Maintains front desk, waiting areas and public spaces.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments per Doctor preferences.
• Updates client/patient files and sends correspondence.
• Sends reminders and follows up with clients.
• Performs daily system backups and posting duties.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a friendly demeanor.
• Answers calls with proper etiquette.
• Handles emergencies per clinic policies.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
