The role emphasizes patient care, client communication, and accurate record-keeping, with weekend rotations and part-time hours. Prior veterinary exposure is preferred, and a friendly, organized approach is required.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Prior veterinary experience preferred.
• Front desk and client interaction experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and reception areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process cash, checks, credit card payments and maintain client records.
• Schedule appointments and track patient records to support doctors.
• Send reminders, follow up with clients and maintain filing accuracy.
• Answer phone calls with professional etiquette and assist clients as needed.
• Assist in daily clinic operations and maintain organization of forms and mail.
