Responsibilities

• Open and close the practice per manager instructions.
• Keep front desk, reception, waiting area, exams rooms clean and presentable.
• Process cash, checks and card payments; manage payments and accounts.
• Schedule appointments per doctor preferences and workflow.
• Update client/patient files and send client correspondence.
• Send reminders and perform follow-ups with clients.
• Back up the computer system as directed.
• Post daily business and manage daily postings.
• Greet clients with warmth and ensure a positive visit experience.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette and assist clients.
