Osceola Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage front-desk reception, client interactions, and practice administration. You will handle record maintenance, appointment tracking, and cash processing while ensuring an exceptional client experience for pets, livestock, and horses.

The role emphasizes weekend availability, hospital safety practices, and teamwork with Doctors and staff; compensation ranges from $15 to $22 per hour, with benefits for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to remain professional with Doctors, teammates, clients and patients.
• Ability to collaborate with Doctors and practice team; provide timely feedback.
• Clear communication of instructions to clients and teammates.
• Active listening to follow Doctors and patient owners’ needs.
• Strong organization to track lab specimens, medications, patient instructions, workflow.
• Aim for high client satisfaction in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures as instructed.
• Keeps public areas clean and presentable (front desk, waiting area, exam rooms).
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments adhering to Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminders and follows up with clients from call lists.
• Performs daily data backups and posting of daily business.
• Welcomes clients with a warm demeanor and ensures a positive visit.
• Answers incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Presents medications and take-home items to clients.
• Handles emergencies per clinic policies and procedures.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
