VCA Woodland Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first and last contact for clients and patients. You will manage appointments, records, payments, and pharmacy support in a busy veterinary hospital.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records in the system.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments per policy.
• Assist with prescription pickup and pharmacy support as needed.
• Coordinate with medical team for scheduling and instructions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby.
