Job summary

Lakefield Veterinary Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to actively recruit new clients and promote hospital services. You will welcome clients and pets, educate on preventive care, and document visits in our practice management system.

You will help manage appointment flow and support the veterinary team to ensure high-quality care. The role requires 2+ years in veterinary medicine, strong communication skills, and proficiency with basic computer programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in veterinary medicine.
• Experience in a medical facility desired.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and products to clients and prospective customers.
• Welcome clients and pets, educate about preventative care and pet health needs.
