Job summary

Lakefield Veterinary Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to recruit new clients and promote hospital services while ensuring a smooth flow of pets and clients through the facility. You will educate clients on preventive care and pet health needs and assist with task coordination to support the veterinary team.

The role involves handling appointments, processing client inquiries, dispensing prescriptions as directed, and maintaining accurate pet histories in the practice

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Experience in a medical facility desired.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients and promote hospital services.
• Schedule client visits and manage client flow to support the veterinary team.
• Educate clients about preventive care and pet health needs.
• Enter the pet’s history and requested services into the practice management software.
• Direct the flow of clients and pets to ensure high-quality care and productivity.
• Answer client questions by phone or in person and triage service needs.
