AmeriVet is hiring a Client Service Representative to be the first and last point of contact for our clients. You will manage appointments, handle calls, process patient information, and ensure clear communication between clients and our medical team.

In this role you will use our practice management systems, assist with billing, and help maintain a welcoming clinic environment for pets and their owners. We foster growth, teamwork, and meaningful service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to provide compassionate, client-focused service
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
• Basic proficiency with technology, including scheduling software and online communication platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, even during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communication and scheduling: answer calls and emails promptly, schedule appointments, send reminders and confirmations, and re-engage lapsed clients
• Foster client relations and service: greet clients, listen to medical information, triage inquiries, and promote current promotions and campaigns
• Handle patient information and technology: update records in the practice management system, process billing and payments, maintain organized communications and appointments
• Support the medical team and practice operations: provide post-visit instructions, keep the reception area organized, and inform clients about services and online booking/store.
